Application

Wind turbine yaw system brake.

Main feature

Normally open design, hydraulic brake, change of braking force is realized by changing hydraulic pressure.

Compensation for pad wear is realized by changing the piston stroke.

Open brake limit switch and liner wear limit switch can be set for chain protection and fault display (when PLC control is used).

Small clearance distance, fast response speed; few moving parts, high reliability, easy for maintenance.

Replacement of the liner does not require disassembly of the brake, which is fast and convenient.

High-performance friction liner, stable friction coefficient.

Equipped with an oil drain port to avoid contamination of the brake disk when the oil leaks, which is safer and more reliable.
