Hydraulic safety (emergency) brake is a kind of high-power braking device used on the low-speed axle (reeling shaft), which can be used for the emergency safety braking of the low-speed axle of large and medium-sized cranes, harbor loading and unloading machinery hoisting as well as the boom house elevation mechanism. The working brake and emergency safety brake of mining winches, hoists and high-power inclined belt conveyors, the safety brake of the driving mechanism of gondolas and cable cranes, and the safety (emergency) brake of the low-speed axle of the lifting mechanism of special cranes such as casting cranes.

Normally closed design, safe and reliable; special disc shooting force braking, need to be equipped with hydraulic drive release device.

Sensitive action and short closing (up) time.

It can be equipped with opening limit switch and limit switch for pad wear limit, which can be used for interlocking protection and fault display (when PLC control is adopted).

High-performance asbestos-free hard friction linings with a stable coefficient of friction, which do not damage the brake discs and are insensitive to aqueous media and salt spray (seawater).
