The YLBZ hydraulic wheel brake is mainly used as a windproof brake for large and medium-sized cranes and port loading and unloading machinery used in the open air at ports, docks, and other places under working conditions and as an auxiliary windproof brake for non working conditions.

YLBZ disc hydraulic cylinder has excellent performance and is designed, produced and manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T15622- 1995.
Adopting normally closed design, the hydraulic station drives the force applied to the disc spring and releases it, which is safe and reliable.
Compact structure, elegant modeling.
Limit switch is set for interlock protection.
Asbestos-free friction pads boast stable performance, novel and unique installation structure, and are easy to replace.
Brake block action adopts connecting rod structure to ensure that the gap between the friction disk plane and the wheel end face is equal when the brake is released. Eliminate the phenomenon that the friction disk attaches to the brake wheel in the previous brake condition.
Anti-corrosion design, all fasteners and pins are made of stainless steel.
Conditions of use:
Ambient temperature: -20℃~ +50℃.
Operating pressure: 8Mpa.
Anti-corrosion type products should be adopted for outdoor rain and snow erosion or corrosive gases and media.
